"Silver Bullet Bar-B-Q has been in business for over ten years bringing you the best smoked ribs. Our sauce and dry rub recipes originated in the heart of Texas. We are a team of BBQ enthusiasts! We've been BBQ-ing since childhood and have the scars to prove it.

The Silver Bullet team is from Guelph, Ontario and we participates in over 20 shows a year. Not being able to be in two places at once we now have two ribfest pig rigs touring across Ontario and the surrounding region. Some of our delicious menu items include ribs, bbq chicken, BBQ pulled pork."

Camp 31 was founded in 1908 as a “Saw Mill” general store outside Brewton, Alabama. Camp 31 BBQ was established by Larry Murphy in 1985, and we’ve been serving up mouth watering authentic southern BBQ ever since. In 1986, the Brewton Police Dept. helped us enter our first BBQ cook off in Pensacoia, Florida. In the 1986 cook-off we won 3 first place trophies, and since, touring of the US and Canada has not stopped.

Along with the awards and trophies, we are still one of the highest productive BBQ teams on the road today, cooking the best Southern Style Bar=B=Que around – Slow smoked over hickory logs ensuring the tenerest meat and the most flavourful rib experience!

All of Horn Dawgs Smokin BBQ team members are Food Safe Certified and our "Pig Rig" exceeds the Board of Health Standards and is equipped with it's own refrigeration system.

Smokin' for over 30 years! Billy is a one of the true Grand Farthers of BBQ and he says"it's a great thing to feed folks," as one of the legendary competition cookers he has traveled to every state in USA to cook, compete and win. He has even done it in Ireland, Jamacia and Canada..

Since 1976 W.E.Wall the catering company that inspried Billy Bones and the "fire breathing hog" now considered in many circles to be the most respected outdoor caterer in the midwest and has formed a cult-like following consisting of those who just love to live life, love and eat great food!!

Legend has it that Billy bones barbeque learned to cook at the side of an ol' gentleman on central avenue in cincinnati ohio in 1966. It was there on the sidewalks of that large metropolis that Billy tasted the food that would make up such a big part of his life. Billy being a curious sort, just up and asked for the recipe from his mentor "and" it was given lovingly, and treasured ever since.

Bone Daddy

Once upon a time, in the deep woods of Colorado, a young man was hungry. He couldn’t spare the time to drive the long road into the nearest town for a hot meal, so he set himself up with a grill and began grilling himself hot dogs, chicken and eventually ribs. Bone Daddy was born.

This man’s name is Bill Wall. Soon, BBQ became his life full-time. He quickly found himself with catering jobs and sauce deep in the crazy hot fun of the BBQ competition circuit. Bone Daddy’s has been invited to and won competitions all over the State of Michigan and the USA. The best of all of these competitions is The Best In the West Nugget Cook-Off in Reno/Sparks, Nevada. Bone Daddy’s has been invited to this competition since 1990. Always a family affair, he married his wife Kim Wall (the better half of Bone Daddy’s) while in Reno for the competition one year. Their beautiful daughter Jessica has been attending shows with them since she was little and still helps out today.

Their business has grown and in 2005, Bone Daddy’s opened a restaurant in Midland, Michigan. Today Bill and Kim continue to offer award winning food through their catering and restaurant business and they are still winning competitions

Hawgs gone Wild BBQ was founded in 1985 in Daytona Beach, Florida. They have been on the BBQ competition circuit for the past ten years. With our famous sweet and sticky BBQ sauce; Hawgs gone Wild has won well over 100 awards. WE LOVE WHAT WE DO! Smoked food is our passion and you will taste the love as you dig into our Ribs, Pulled Pork or our mouthwatering Chicken, oh ya, and don’t forget about our famous Grammy Willie’s Corn Bread. NOBODY BEATS OUR MEAT!
